REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is not a
massage technique, rather it is administered by "laying on hands". Reiki is used in many hospitals as a
complementary therapy after surgery or during illness to calm patients, reduce stress, speed up recovery,
and to provide them relaxation and comfort. It treats the whole person (body, emotion, mind and spirit),
which has many benefits including reinforcing vitality and strengthening the immune system. It can relieve
pain and disorders related to arthritis, back injuries, sciatica, insomnia, depression, grief, sinus issues,
menopause, migraines, cystitis, asthma, and chronic fatigue.

REIKI Workshops
The goal of a Reiki workshop or attunement is with anyone who teaches Reiki the same. It is about
enabling the individual to open up to the higher source of energy, divine light, white light, whatever you
want to call it.

Workshops vary greatly in time. Level I & II can last between
a few hours to three days. Many practitioners
teach both levels at the same time and so those workshops usually last from two to four days. Level III
takes the longest and can vary from two days to few months. It all depends with whom you sign up.

Stay tuned for upcoming workshops!
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
The body absorbs stress and strains, which causes tissues to tighten and potentially affect the
brain and spinal cord. CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, light-touch massage technique that
releases those tensions to relax the body. This relieves pain and dysfunction and improves
whole-body health and performance. It impacts the central nervous system and the soft tissues
and fluid that protect it.

MEDICAL QI GONG
Medical Qi Gong therapy is the eldest therapeutic modality of Chinese medicine. It is a
comprehensive system of health care addressing the root cause of symptoms or disease, and
treats the client as a whole.

The practitioner, drawing upon their ability to sense and manipulate energy developed through
dedicated study and self-cultivation, uses qi emission and/or teaches Medical Qi Gong exercises
and meditations based upon a differential diagnosis rooted in Chinese medical theory to restore
health and wellness.

Practiced as an excellent adjunct to Western medicine, Chinese medicine may successfully treat
conditions which Western medicine finds resistant or ambiguous.

YOGA
Yoga classes will lead clients in exercises that are based on the common principles of balance,
relaxation, breathing and posture in order to promote overall health and serenity. All of these
exercises promote better energy circulation and help to heal and restore emotional balance and
physical health. Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can study yoga
. Yoga is more about
technique than flexibility or strength. Nevertheless, strength and flexibility come over time.
